Yoga Weekend Schedule

Aili 
will meet up with the yoga group on the Friday evening to welcome everyone and she will be with you every step of your weekend making sure that you have the best possible experience. To start with she will give you the best local insights and knowledge on Tallinn such as on where to go, where to eat and where the best shops are.

The yoga room is located at Ristiku 10, which is a 10 min walk from the hotel where you will be staying. Our knowledgeable and warm-hearted yoga teachers will be ready to take you into their world of yoga for the weekend. You will have one session on Friday evening to set the mood for the weekend. Further sessions will then take place on Saturday morning and Saturday evening and then a final session on Sunday morning. Gerli & Ereli will adapt the level of practice to the knowledge of the group to make sure that it is worthwhile for beginners as well as advanced yoga practitioners. The sessions will be 90m long and will contain elements of vinyasa yoga and yin yoga.

Approximate schedule will look like this:

Friday

18.30 – 19.00 gathering in hotel lobby and welcome

19.10 – 19.20 walk to Yogaroom

19.30 – 21.00 Yoga

21.30 joint dinner

Saturday

9.00 – 10.30 Yoga

11.00 – 13.00 Sauna & SPA

Free time in the city

18.00 – 19.30 Yoga

 

Sunday

9.00 – 10.30 Yoga
